Refund Policy

1. Professional Services

Due to the customized and professional nature of compliance consulting services:

All professional service fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Compliance assessments

• Audits and gap analyses

• Policy development

• Training and education

• Advisory or consulting hours

2. Retainers & Deposits

• Retainers secure availability and are non-refundable

• Deposits applied toward services rendered are non-refundable once work begins

3. Digital Products & Training Materials

All digital products, downloadable materials, and training content are final sale and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel future services with written notice. Fees for services already rendered or scheduled are not refundable.

5. Cancellation by KLS Solutions

KLS Solutions reserves the right to terminate services due to:

• Non-payment

• Misrepresentation

• Unlawful or unethical activity

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate termination of services

• Collection efforts

• Recovery of legal and administrative fees
