2. No Guarantee of Compliance Outcomes

Compliance involves interpretation and application of complex laws and regulations. KLS Solutions makes no express or implied warranties regarding:

  • Audit outcomes

  • Regulatory approvals

  • Avoidance of penalties or enforcement actions

Clients remain solely responsible for operational and regulatory compliance.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Implement recommendations at their discretion and risk

  • Maintain ultimate responsibility for compliance decisions

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, tools, methodologies, reports, templates, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of KLS Solutions, unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

KLS Solutions maintains strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with:

  • Contractual agreements

  • Applicable federal and state laws

6. Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Termination

KLS Solutions reserves the right to terminate access or services for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
